pork and broccoli
First, you need to have these ingredients:
30g oyster sauce
1/4kg broccoli
1 onion
4 cloves of garlic
butter
pork
Since we're also having pineapple juice for lunch, I decided to add some on the menu
(Note: Mixing pineapple juice in is optional)
Here are the steps:
1.) Simmer the meat in low heat until it changes its color. (I mixed pineapple juice with water hehehe :] sugar, 2 cloves of minced garlic, salt and vinegar)
2.) Prepare other ingredients. Mince garlic and onion (and I also blanched broccoli with the same broth I used on boiling the meat)
3.) Chop! Chop! Chop! Chop the meat into smaller pieces.
4.) Saute broccoli with butter. (just butter, no garlic, no onion, no Salt ahuehueehu)
5.) After sauteing broccoli, remove it from the pan and put it on a separate plate. Saute onion and garlic with butter. (gahd I really love using butter! hahahahha)
6.) Put in the meat. Add a pinch of salt and pepper to taste.
7.) Then add your precious broccoli. chos!
8.) Add in the oyster sauce. Mix and cook until you think it's cooked. :))
it's all set, transfer the dish to a plate and serve to the people you truly love ♥♥♥
(this amount serves 2-3 people :])
(*Note: Amount of salt, pepper, pineapple juice, water, etc. were just based on my conservative estimate. You can add a little more or lessen it to your liking. Thanks for reading my Kaartehan out of hunger and hallucinations. Hihi ♥)
